• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of the payment method used for betting

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete, so it's in your best interest to get verified promptly.

Taka 7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be placed on hold pending investigation.

The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The standard maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000, though VIP members may be eligible for a higher limit. All transactions are processed in BDT — no conversion fees apply.

Withdrawal Processing Time:

• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 Business Days

To process a withdrawal, your account must have no active bonuses or pending wagering requirements. If you have an active bonus and wish to withdraw, you may cancel the bonus first — however, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

There are a few basic rules to follow when placing bets on Taka 7. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash out feature is available for that specific in-play betting option. In the event of any technical error related to betting, Taka 7's decision is final.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 36 hours of its scheduled time, stakes on that bet will generally be refunded. Different rules may apply in special circumstances — these will be noted on the betting page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets on match-fixing or any illegal events
• Placing or arranging bets on another person's account
• Account grouping for bonus abuse
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals or bonuses will be settled before the account is closed.

Taka 7 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
• In cases of suspected money laundering
• If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found
• Providing a false identity or fraudulent information
• Managing an account belonging to a person under 18 years of age
